The conference will be held on the University of Sydney Camperdown campus which is close to the city centre and inner-city suburbs. Getting to and from the conference is easy with public transport options.

Public transport
  • The best way to travel to and from the University campus is either by bus or train. The campus is a short walk from Redfern station and all buses beginning with ‘4’, the M10,  or the M30 will drop you off at multiple University entrances.
  • Getting to Central station from the University campus is easy, as there are multiple ways to get there. Walk from the University of Sydney Footbridge (near the Footbridge Theatre) or you can catch any bus that stops on Parramatta Rd opposite the Footbridge, and get off at Railway Square. Another way to go is to walk to Broadway Rd by cutting through main campus (walk past the Quad, Fisher library and the New Law building) and continue to head North until you reach Railway Square. You can also catch a bus from City Rd up to Railway Square.
  • Sydney has an ‘Opal Card’ payment system (much like London’s Oyster card) where passengers load money onto a reusable card and tap on and off at train stations, buses and ferries. Opal is relatively inexpensive and very easy to use once you get the hang of it.
  • Uber is also an option, as the campus is centrally located and there is a large Uber presence in the city.
